  • What are the opening hours of Hestia?

    We work from 9am to 9pm, Monday to Friday.

  • What is the frequency of the sessions?

    The frequency of the sessions depends on the type of treatment and each individual’s needs. Usually, the visits are scheduled weekly or every two weeks. 


  • How long does therapy last?

    The duration of a treatment may vary depending on several factors: mainly, on the complexity and kind of problem, the client’s motivation and the objectives that are set. We usually work based on a brief therapy approach (between 8 and 12 sessions). Once the treatment is concluded, some follow-up sessions may be suggested.

  • What happens if I cancel a session?

    We kindly ask to be notified of any cancellations 24h in advance. If we are not informed within the stipulated time, we charge a fee of 50%  to 100% of the cost of the session, depending on the circumstances and timing of  the cancellation.

  • How do I pay?

    Online sessions must be paid in full online before the session. For in-person sessions, payments are made after each session in cash or by credit/debit card. Other types of payment are also possible, such as cheques or bank transfers.

  • What happens if I am unhappy with a session or therapist?

    If, for any reason, you feel dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, we ask you to please let us know. This information is invaluable, as it will help us learn and grow as professionals, as well as guarantee the highest quality in our work and services.
